LAUDERDALE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A judge revoked bond for the man accused of killing a 13-year-old boy in a hit-and-run.
42-year-old James O'Neal Wilson was arrested Monday night and charged with felony leaving the scene of an accident with injuries or fatality.
Da'Santo Ingram was hit by a car Monday night along County Road 457 and 251 in Lauderdale County.
Troopers said they had reason to believe Wilson had taken sleeping pills and were concerned he had taken too many, so they took him to the hospital for testing before taking him to jail.
Those test results have not been released at this point in the investigation.
Ingram's brother and a neighbor took the stand to testify on Wednesday.
A State Trooper also took the stand and said there is evidence from the scene that matches Wilson's truck to the accident.
Wilson's will remain in the Lauderdale County Detention Center on no bond.
