A man died in a single-vehicle wreck in Hazel Green early Wednesday morning.
State troopers identified the driver as 22-year-old Chad Michael Moss.
Troopers said Moss lost control of his Saturn on Mitchell Moore Road just south of Bobo Section Road and hit a tree. His car went airborne before it hit the ground and crossed the road, according to troopers.
Troopers said Moss was ejected from his car and was pronounced dead at the scene.
State Troopers and the Bobo Section Volunteer Fire Department responded to the crash at 2:30 a.m. when it happened.
The intersection was closed for about an hour before troopers re-opened the road.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
One person died at the scene.
