OPELIKA, AL (WTVM) -

Opelika Police say that a stolen car was used to ram the loading bay doors at the local Best Buy, leading to the theft of about $70,000 worth of Apple products.

Investigators reviewed surveillance video from the morning of Oct. 7 and saw a dark colored Nissan at the scene.

The car rammed its way through the loading bay doors, letting four to six suspects enter the business. They appeared to be wearing hoodies and gloves during the crime. 

The suspects fled the scene in the Nissan with the stolen property.

Police say the Nissan they believed was used for the burglary was later found on Melton Ave. in Opelika.

The Nissan had been reported stolen from Auburn earlier in the morning.
