HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
One person has been arrested after police
said he robbed a man Sunday morning.
The victim told police he was in the 100
block of Indiana Street when Ivery Washington assaulted him and then robbed
him.
Police were able to locate Washington and
after a short foot chase, arrested him.
Washington was charged with third degree
robbery and remains in the Madison County Jail.
