Guntersville man convicted of rape, incest

GUNTERSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A Marshall County jury convicted a man of raping and impregnating a family member.

It took less than an hour to find Eric Shae Moore guilty on charges of rape, sex abuse, and incest.

He was arrested in 2011 after it was determined he was the father of the then 16-year-old girl's child.

He now faces life in prison without parole.

Moore's sentencing is set for November 5.

    Three adult males and one juvenile were arrested in Limestone County on Thursday after a four-hour manhunt and charged with multiple counts stemming from a string of vehicle thefts.Three adult males and one juvenile were arrested in Limestone County on Thursday after a four-hour manhunt and charged with multiple counts stemming from a string of vehicle thefts.

    A ground search ensued that lasted about four hours and covered approximately six miles, ending a few hundred yards east of Hays Mill Road where the suspects were caught in a hunting stand/shoot house.
