MADISON, AL (WAFF) -
The
32nd annual Madison Street Festival kicks off Saturday.
Organizers
are putting together the final details for the big party.
Main
Street will be transformed into a huge fair with games, food and entertainment.
Organizers said this year, thanks to some help, a lot more activities will be
available for free.
"We've
moved and changed the children's area," said organizer Stephenie Walker. "Everything this year in the children's
area is completely free, and that really hasn't been the case in previous years,
so we're very lucky to have a lot of underwriters that made that possible."
Walker
said the children's area will have a petting zoo, pony rides and inflatable
bounce houses.
