MORGAN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A meth bust in Morgan County sent four people to jail.
Agents made the bust at a home on Kyle Road just east of Hartselle on Wednesday afternoon.
Investigators said residents complained about a strange odor coming from the house with numerous people going in and out at all hours of the night.
Agents had active warrants against Brian Goree. When they went to serve the warrants, they said they found a one pot meth lab, seven gas generators, and drug paraphernalia.
Goree was charged with first degree unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Roy Griffin, Lee Jones, and William Franklin Byrd Jr. were charged with loitering in a drug house.
Byrd will be extradited to Missouri due to felony warrants for non-payment of child support.
All the suspects remain in the Morgan County Jail.
