GUNTERSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A jury was seated in the trial of a Marshall County man accused of raping and impregnating an underage girl.
Eric Shae Moore is charged with several sex related charges, including rape, sexual abuse, and incest.
The judge in the case also denied a motion on Wednesday to suppress DNA evidence which connects him to the child of the victim.
Prosecutors claimed the abuse started when the girl was 13, and she became pregnant at age 16.
Moore is also charged in a separate rape case involving another young girl.
