JACKSON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A hearing is set for a Jackson County murder suspect who wants his statements thrown out.
Eddie Chandler is charged with the murder of Sherrie Cruthirds Necaise.
Necaise was shot and killed in January in Chandler's home near Henagar.
Defense attorneys said there are issues regarding the Miranda warning given to Chandler.
A judge will give arguments on this issue October 10.
