MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
In Marshall County, jury selection is scheduled to begin in a murder trial.
Prosecutors said 57-year-old Sherwin Wigley shot and killed his wife, 46-year-old Lori Wigley, in June 2010.
Sherwin pleaded not guilty in July 2011.
The administrator over Lori's estate has also filed a wrongful death suit against Sherwin.
