KILLEN, AL (WAFF) -
Two people were transported
to the hospital Saturday after a one-car accident in Killen.
Killen Police said the
vehicle left the roadway on Highway 72 at County Road 71. The driver lost control,
went up a hill and lodged into a tree.
Both passengers had to be
cut out of the vehicle.
One of the passengers was
air evacuated to Huntsville Hospital with severe back pain. The other passenger
had minor facial injuries.
They were released from the
hospital later that day.
Killen and Center Star EMS
responded to the scene.
