HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
One man was charged with third degree robbery after attempting to steal items from at a Huntsville book store.
It happened around 4 p.m. Saturday at the Books-A-Million on Memorial Parkway.
Officers said 26-year-old Jacob Maynard tried to steal several items from the store.
A loss prevention officer tired to stop him and Maynard hit the officer in the face.
