HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A mother is behind bars after a late night fight led to a cutting.
The victim told police he was arguing with his mother, Penny Grady, in the 3000 block of Clopton Street around 9:45 Thursday night.
The fight escalated and the victim was cut on the arm. His injuries were not serious.
Grady was arrested and charged with domestic violence second degree. She remains in the Madison County Jail.
