$40k in miscellaneous property stolen from Huntsville residence

A burglar stole $40,000 worth of items from a woman's home on Garth Road. A burglar stole $40,000 worth of items from a woman's home on Garth Road.
HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A victim in the 4000 block of Garth Road said someone kicked in her back door while she was not at home.

When she returned, she discovered the thief took over $40,000 in miscellaneous property. 

No one was injured in the burglary.

No arrest has been made. 

This case remains under investigation.
