FLORENCE, AL (WAFF) -
Florence Police have charged a man in the Summit Ridge break-in.
Mitchell Blake Terry, 31, is charged with burglary and sexual assault.
Police said a Shoals woman was assaulted inside her apartment at Summit Ridge near the UNA campus on Monday, September 17.
