SCOTTSBORO, AL (WAFF) -
A Scottsboro High football player will play Friday night despite a three quarter suspension.
On behalf of track and football player Madison Estes, a judge has issued a temporary restraining order.
School officials ordered Estes be suspended three days from school and a quarter of the first football game for a September 5 altercation.
Ten days later, they said he needed to be out a full game.
The family sued, saying college sports scholarships are at stake.
A hearing is set for next week.
