TUSCUMBIA, AL (WAFF) -
Colbert County deputies are searching for a man that allegedly shot his neighbor with a pellet gun.
Officials said a neighbor and the shooter got into an argument on Elldridge Loop. The suspect allegedly shot the neighbor in the back with a pellet gun.
The suspect then ran into his home, told his father he had to go and threw him the gun.
The neighbor was taken Helen Keller Hospital with unknown injuries.
Officials are searching for the shooter. They believe he is driving a purple Jeep Cherokee. He may be with a woman.
