TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) -

Alabama football head coach Nick Saban says he is pleased with the way the Crimson Tide played on Saturday in their strong 52-0 win against Arkansas. That said, the coach was more focused on the team's improvement.

In his Monday press conference, Saban said that he saw many areas on film that he was pleased with. He said that he felt the team played better as the game went on.

However, the praise for the team did not last long for Saban. He quickly moved on to areas that need work. Penalties and consistency topped Saban's list, but he mentioned that he was not pleased with the younger players' preparedness for the game.

"Being average is contagious," said Saban. "There's always room to improve."

This week, Alabama faces off against Florida Atlantic University. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m.
