HARTSELLE, AL (WAFF) -
Morgan County Sheriff's deputies made a drug bust at a Hartselle motel while serving a warrant.
Deputies and Hartselle Police responded to the America's Best Inn to serve a warrant against Lela Smith.
While at the motel, agents made contact with another woman, Sara Williams, and a 10-year-old child.
Agents found methamphetamine in her purse as well as prescription pain killers.
Williams was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and obstructing justice using a false identity. Her bond was set at $5,000.
Smith was arrested and charged with drug endangerment of a child. Her bond was set at $2,500.
