Court documents filed in the case against Safia Memon show her son Hammad will go to trial in January 2013.
Attorneys filed a motion asking the Judge to delay Safia Memon's trial until after the conclusion of her son's case.
Hammad Memon is charged with the 2010 murder of Todd Brown. Brown was shot and killed at Discovery High School during a class change. Court records in Hammad Memon's case do not yet indicate a trial date.
Safia and Iqbal Memon, Hammad's parents are charged with hindering prosecution. Madison Police say they tried to get their son out of the country before his trial.
Iqbal Memon is scheduled to be in court Friday afternoon. His trial is scheduled to begin Monday.
