Montgomery officials capture escaped inmate

MONTGOMERY, AL (WAFF) - The Alabama Department of Corrections and US Marshals Fugitive Task Force recaptured an escaped inmate from a Montgomery job site.

Officials said Timothy Byrom Teague went missing Wednesday around 4 p.m. from a job site in Montgomery.

Teague was recaptured Thursday around 1 a.m. by the Montgomery Police.

Teague was sentenced in Madison County to 20 years for escape.
