ATHENS, AL (WAFF) -
A Hartselle man accused of murder will be in court Tuesday for his preliminary hearing.
Timothy Hall, 28, is accused of causing the crash that killed Mark Holt, 48, of Toney, on August 19th.
Officers say Holt died after his motorcycle was hit by the 2011 Volkswagen Jetta driven by Hall, on Browns Ferry Road.
Hall is expected to appear before a Limestone County judge at 1:20 p.m.
