HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
The man accused of robbing a bank, a Walmart and holding police up in a four-hour standoff has been indicted.
John Patrick Dudley was indicted on two counts of robbery first degree.
Dudley is accused of robbing the North Alabama Educators Credit Union and the South Parkway Walmart pharmacy in May. Dudley was also part of a police standoff that lasted several hours.
His arraignment is expected in the near future. A judge will set a trial date at that time.
He remains in the Madison County Jail with no bond.
