ELKMONT, AL (WAFF) -
An Elkmont woman has been released on bond after allegedly exposing her young child to crack cocaine.
Officials said Stacy Lynn Staggs and her two-year-old daughter tested positive for crack cocaine. Investigators think Staggs was smoking around the child.
Staggs also confessed to smoking crack cocaine while pregnant.
Staggs was arrested and charged with chemical endangerment of a child. She has been released on $50,000 bond.
