Meth lab found during morning traffic stop

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - Huntsville Police found a meth lab during a morning traffic stop.

Officers pulled over a red dodge truck on Jordan Lane just north of Bob Wallace just after 3 a.m.

When officers ran the tag, it showed up belonging to another vehicle. The three men inside the truck all had warrants, two from Madison County and one from Limestone County.

Officers searched the truck and found a mobile meth lab in the bed of the truck. STAC was called in to the handle the lab.

Officers arrested 31-year-old Joshua Bankston, 38-year-old Kyle Bingham and 27-year-old Julian Cherry.

They were charged with manufacture of a controlled substance first degree. Their bond was set at $250,000 each.
