LIMESTONE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Testimony began Monday in the trial of a woman accused of fatally shooting her estranged boyfriend.
Lisa Pate, 43, is accused of killing James Miller, 59.
Miller was found shot to death at his Athens home in November 2009.
Investigators said the shooting was the result of an argument.
The trial is expected to resume Tuesday morning.
