A teacher accused of having a sexual relationship with a student has a new trial date.
Jury selection in Kimberly Bynum's trial will begin on October 15.
The former Vina math teacher was arrested and charged in June of 2011.
She was charged with being a school employee engaged in sex with a student under 19 years old.
