HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Huntsville Police responded to a two-vehicle accident involving a motorcycle Sunday morning.
It happened around 5 a.m. on Browns Ferry Road. Officer said 48-year-old Mark Holt of Toney died after his motorcycle was hit by a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta driven by 28-year-old Timothy Alan Hall of Hartselle.
Athens and Limestone County officials also responded to the scene.
Hall was arrested charged with murder by traffic homicide, due to possible alcohol and other controlled substances being involved. Toxicology tests are pending.
