LAUDERDALE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

Jurors in the Tony Woods trial will report back to the courthouse Tuesday.

Woods is accused of shooting and killing his ex-wife, Tammie Woods, in Lauderdale County in 2010.

The court is giving everyone Monday off because it's the first day of school.

Woods is charged with capital murder.
