MADISON, AL (WAFF) -
The Madison Police Department arrested 22-year-old Justin David Beatty on a child pornography charge.
Investigators said a person from New York contacted the Madison Police Department to file a complaint against Beatty for soliciting nude pictures of a juvenile.
After an investigation, detectives got a search warrant for Beatty's home and seized electronic devices, including a computer.
He was arrested, charged with possession of child pornography, and booked into the Madison County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
