HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Huntsville Police have identified the victim of a fatal night club shooting that took place on Aug. 6.

Police said Juan Carlos Arias-Ramirez was killed outside La Bomba Night Club on Governors Drive where two groups of people were fighting over a girl. He was killed after gunfire exchanged across two cars in the club parking lot during the fight.

After several attempts at contacting potential family members or friends, Huntsville Police were unable to contact any of his relatives, reaching as far out as New Mexico and Mexico.

Police said an ex-girlfriend of Arias-Ramirez, who she also had a child with, will be claiming his body.
