MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Isaac Holdsambeck was sentenced to a year in jail for a 2010 fatal wreck.
Holdsambeck was charged with reckless murder for the 2010 death of Huntsville High sophomore Mohammad Fulladi. Fulladi died from injuries sustained in a car accident.
Three other people also were injured in the accident.
Holdsambeck, who drove the car, was found with a blood alcohol level of .15, nearly twice the legal limit.
Holdsambeck, who was 19 at the time of the crash, received youthful offender status for the charge in May.
He was sentenced to one year in the Madison County Jail and two years probation.
Holdsambeck's attorney said the man admitted wrongdoing and was remorseful over the incident.
