Lawrence County deputies arrested a Moulton man Tuesday on several charges stemming from an incident with his ex-wife.
Deputies said 27-year-old Jeremy Lynn Harville broke into his ex-wife's home and attacked two people.
Officials said Harville had an active abuse order against him, and when he went to the home, he became enraged when he found a friend of his ex-wife present at the home.
Investigators said Harville attacked his ex-wife and the friend with a baseball bat. Then he began attacking the friend's vehicle with a claw hammer and stole a military ID from inside.
He left before deputies arrived but turned himself in to police when warrants were issued.
Harville was charged with burglary third degree, breaking and entering a vehicle, assault third degree, theft of property third degree and criminal mischief third degree.
He is being held in the Lawrence County Jail pending a bond revocation hearing.
