The National Weather service confirmed two EF-0 tornados touched down Friday in Limestone County.
A Colbert County man who said he shot a man in self defense will not be indicted.
A grand jury found there's not enough evidence to indict 70-year-old Talton "Buddy" Zills. He was accused of shooting and wounding 29-year-old Charles Miller in January in the parking lot of Buddy's Jewelry.
Investigators said Zills shot Miller during an argument over a recent transaction. Zills claimed he shot Miller in self-defense.
