DEKALB COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A DeKalb County man will spend three years in jail for kidnapping his estranged wife and terrorizing her for 17 hours.
50-year-old Lester Nick Durham pleaded guilty Monday morning to second degree kidnapping charges.
Durham was charged in May 2011 after abducting his estranged wife at 5:30 in the morning from her Sylvania home.
She was taken to a home in Henagar where she was assaulted and terrorized until rescued by a sheriff's deputy.
