HARTSELLE, AL (WAFF) -
Morgan County Drug Task Force agents discovered a meth lab dumpsite in Hartselle.
Agents said someone had been dumping one-pot meth labs under the bridge near Forrest Chapel Road. Officials said 15 meth labs were recovered.
Agents said some of the meth labs were months old, but there were a number of fresh labs.
Agents spent nearly three hours cleaning the area. Evidence was also recovered which will be used to help identify suspects.
Drug task force agents patrol rural areas regularly for meth dumpsites. Anyone with information on this dumpsite or others should contact Morgan County drug agents at 256-351-4816.
