MORGAN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A Decatur man currently in prison for burglary was indicted for attacking women between November, 1985, and May of 1986.
David Garth, Jr., 44, had at least six victims and is facing nine criminal charges where all six victims were raped.
The attorney general's office and the Morgan County district attorney worked together on this case, but are not releasing any other information at this time.
