MUSCLE SHOALS, AL (WAFF) -
Officials
are tracking down leads in break in case out of Muscle Shoals.
Investigators
said dozens of firearms were stolen from The Pawn Shop in Muscle Shoals on Monday. They said they
are looking into every tip they receive, trying to find anything that will lead
them to the people responsible.
The
store has been closed since Monday due to lack of inventory. Agents said the
most recent count of guns stolen was around 70, but they said that number could
rise.
Investigators
said the thieves disabled the security system and cut power to the building
before breaking into the shop.
They
said dozens of hand guns and rifles were taken.
The Pawn Shop has been closed since the break in.
