HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A Madison County Circuit Judge issued an order pushing back the trial for UAH shooter Amy Bishop Anderson.
The trial was supposed to begin September 10th. It has been delayed until September 24th. The order does not include a reason for the delay.
Amy Bishop Anderson is in jail without bond. She's charged with murder and attempted murder for shooting six people during a biology department meeting in February of 2010. Three of the victims died.
