RED BAY, AL (WAFF) -
Red Bay Police made a meth bust that landed five people
behind bars.
Officials said the Franklin County Drug Unit found an active
meth lab at a Highway 60 residence. They also found finished meth and drug
paraphernalia.
Ashley Pipkins, Debbie Dickert and David Dye of Haleyville
and Jeremy Tucker and Lindsay Lowe of Russellville were charged with
trafficking meth and manufacturing of a controlled substance first degree.
Officers with the Franklin County Detention Center said they
also found meth in Dye's shoe during a search. He was additionally charged with
promoting prison contraband.
