ETOWAH COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Etowah County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man on child
abuse charges.
Deputies said 51-year-old Certanishtha Pierce of Attalla was
accused of abusing a 16-year-old boy in August of 2011.
He was arrested during a court proceeding on August 1and
charged with child abuse.
He was taken to the Etowah County Detention Center on
$10,000 bond.
