FT. PAYNE, AL (WAFF) -

A DeKalb County man accused of holding an open house party failed to show up for his hearing.

Officials said a warrant could be issued for his arrest if he doesn't appear.

23-year-old Cory Allen Campbell is charged with holding an open house party where underage drinkers were present.

Deputies arrested Campbell on June 3 when they responded to a fight call across the street from Campbell's Ft. Payne home.

When they arrived, there were numerous people outside Campbell's home and some were found to be underage and consuming alcohol.

Party goers said Campbell owned the home, and he was arrested.

If Campbell fails to appear in court, a warrant is expected to be issued for his arrest.
