HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Huntsville Police responded to a man struck by a car on Ledges Drive Wednesday morning.
Police said 78-year-old Wayne Smith was crossing Ledges Drive when a silver Mercedes drove into the intersection and struck him.
The driver, 66-year-old James Spaulding, said he didn't see Smith crossing.
Smith was taken to Huntsville Hospital with minor head injuries.
No charges have been filed.
