Murder trial dates set for 2, 1 seeks youthful offender status

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

Trial dates are set for two suspects in a Shoals murder investigation while a third suspect asks for youthful offender status.

Tiffany Marie Nunley, her sister, Jessica, and John Minton are accused of killing David Pennington in Lauderdale County last summer.

Tiffany Nunley has filed for youthful offender status.

She will be arraigned August 21st.

Jessica Nunley will go to trial December 3rd, while Minton will go to trial September 10th.
