FYFFE, AL (WAFF) -
The mayor of Fyffe will decide if two police officers will get their jobs back.
A due process hearing was held Monday for two members of the Fyffe Police Department.
Officers Anthony Majusiak and Brian Warren were given letters of intent to terminate by Mayor Katy Woodall earlier this month.
Both the mayor and the officers' attorney have declined to comment on the reasons for the officers' dismissal.
The letters to the officers came just a few days after the officers filed suit against the mayor saying she had a personal vendetta against them.
The officers will remain on administrative paid leave until the mayor decides if they will be reinstated.
