DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -

There was only one low performer in this week's Kitchen Cops.

The Morgan County Health Department reported 10 violations at Di Romo's Pizza at the Decatur Mall. The restaurant scored an 82.

Most of the violations were small infractions, but the health inspector reported two critical violations. A prep cooler measured 56 degrees, 15 degrees above the cold-holding temperature required to prevent bacterial growth, and no managers had proof of passing their food safety course with the health department.

Di Romo's will have until the middle of August to fix the issues.

A Marshall County health inspector returned to the China Buffet in Boaz. This time, the restaurant scored an 89, an eight point improvement. The score got them off the health inspector's reinspection list.
