DEKALB COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
One man was arrested during a traffic stop when officers
found drugs and a firearm in the vehicle.
DeKalb County deputies, Geraldine Police and Crossville
Police conducted a license checkpoint Wednesday night. Bobby Wayne Tidwell was
stopped and was asked to show his license.
Officers noticed a gun on the floorboard. They searched the
vehicle and found methamphetamine and money.
Tidwell was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed
weapon, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug
paraphernalia.
