FLORENCE, AL (WAFF) -
A judge sentenced Vincent Ingram to 40 years in prison for a 2009 murder.
Ingram was convicted of the shooting death of Harold Stanback. Investigators said Ingram shot and killed Stanback after an argument at a Florence residence.
The site was the suspected location of illegal gambling, drugs and dog fighting.
The judge said Ingram must serve the 40 years. He has already served 471 days.
