MOBILE, AL (WAFF) -
The Alabama Department of Corrections is searching for two men who escaped from a Mobile prison.
40-year-old James Ledford and 24-year-old Dallas Morgan escaped from the Mobile Community Based Facility Wednesday. Officials said the two men were unaccounted for during a bed check around 5:30 p.m.
Ledford was serving a life sentence for theft, and Morgan was serving 10 years for manufacturing.
Ledford was last seen wearing a white inmate uniform, and Morgan was last seen wearing shorts and a white t-shirt.
Officials recently denied parole for both men.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts should call their local law enforcement.
