ATHENS, AL (WAFF) -
Police arrested a store owner in Athens after officers said they caught him selling spice.
Jatinkumar Patel is accused of selling spice out of his store, First and Last Stop. It's located at the intersection of Highway 127 and Airport Road.
The arrest was part of an undercover investigation.
Officers said they also found spice in his car.
Patel is charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
He was released on a $15,000 bond.
